2. The gas transmission efficiency of the compressor is reduced, the gas transmission volume is reduced, the gap is large, the sealing ring is worn too much, and the suction pressure is increased.

3. If the heat load of the warehouse suddenly increases, the refrigeration capacity of the compressor is insufficient, which will cause the suction pressure to be too high.

4. The expansion valve of the system is improperly adjusted or the temperature sensing bag is tightened, the oil suction pipe or throttle valve is opened too large, the float valve is faulty or the ammonia pump system is circulated too much, resulting in excessive liquid supply. The suction pressure of the compressor is too high. When the pressure of the screw compressor is too high or too low, check in time whether the intake valve is fully open, whether the current is within the normal range, whether the external useful air volume has increased, or whether there is any leakage.

1. Base oil quality. The quality of base oil is directly related to the quality level of air compressor oil product oil, and the quality of base oil is directly related to its refining depth.

2. The base oil fraction should be narrow. The composition of improved base oil is the key factor to improve the quality of air compressor oil, and the actual effect of injecting air compressor oil into the air compressor cylinder is not the same.

3. The viscosity should be appropriate. The thickness of the oil film increases with the viscosity of the oil, but the friction also increases with the viscosity of the oil. Low viscosity and weak oil film will accelerate wear and shorten the life of parts. Instead, deposits are produced in the exhaust ducts, valves, etc. Therefore, the viscosity of the oil should be appropriate.

4. Good viscosity and temperature. Generally speaking, the viscosity of oil products should not change too much due to temperature changes.

5. The flash point should be appropriate. If the flash point is high, the viscosity is also high, and carbon deposition is easy to occur, which may cause unsafe factors.
