The compressed air of the screw air compressor has a large oil content, which is what we often call the problem of oil leakage in the air compressor. There are many reasons for the oil leakage of the air compressor, which makes users a headache. Let me share with you the various reasons for the oil leakage of the air compressor Reasons and solutions:
1. Too much oil is added to the screw engine, and the liquid level exceeds the upper limit, which leads to the deterioration of the initial separation effect of the oil separation barrel. The oil content increases after the minute. Solution: stop the machine and check the oil level, and ensure that the oil level is between the upper and lower scale lines when the machine is stopped.
2. The oil quality of the screw engine is not good, the defoaming performance is poor, and there is a lot of foam, which enters the oil separation core, resulting in an increase in the oil content after fine separation. Treatment method: replace the engine oil, and use the original screw engine oil.
3. Different grades of engine oil are mixed, and the oil deteriorates or gels, causing the oil separation core to be blocked and deformed, and the compressed air containing oil is directly discharged. Solution: Replace the oil separator, replace the engine oil, clean the oil circuit, and use original consumables and engine oil.
4. The frequency of use is low, the exhaust temperature is adjusted, and the cooling water flow of the water cooler is too large, so that the exhaust temperature is lower than the pressure dew point temperature, causing the saturated water vapor after air compression to condense into liquid water and precipitate in the oil, and the liquid level rises High and running oil. Over time, it will also cause internal rust, and the rotor bearing will be severely worn due to loss of lubrication, or even scrapped.
Approach:
①If there is only a small amount of condensed water in the oil barrel in the early stage of the problem, just drain the condensed water and then increase the exhaust temperature.
②If there is a lot of water, the oil separator, oil filter and engine oil should be replaced at the same time.
③If the rotor has been rusted, and there are abnormal noises and vibrations, then the machine head needs to be repaired. Notice! Because the pressure dew point temperature varies with the exhaust pressure and atmospheric temperature and humidity, it has been set before leaving the factory. It is recommended to consult professional after-sales service personnel before setting.
5. Improper installation of the air pipeline, the condensed water in the pipeline flows back into the air compressor after shutdown, the valve core of the minimum pressure valve is stuck after being soaked in water, and after the seal is lost, the condensed water in the pipeline enters the oil separator bucket, and the liquid The bit rises and runs out of oil. Approach :

6. Oil return pipeline: poor installation, internal leakage, insufficient length of oil return pipeline, oil return pipeline not in the middle position, blockage of oil return pipeline, poor sealing of oil return one-way valve, resulting in that the oil after oil separation treatment cannot return and is discharged with compressed air. Treatment method: Check the oil return pipeline and check valve, adjust or replace.
7. Improper selection, air leakage in pipelines, and increased air consumption equipment, the air consumption is much greater than the rated displacement of the air compressor, which reduces the exhaust pressure. In the state of reduced pressure, the flow rate of the compressed air increases with the decrease of the pressure (after the pressure is reduced, the exhaust volume is almost unchanged, the oil filter area remains unchanged, and the volume of the compressed air will increase), the faster the flow rate, the oil intercepts the oil The fog is less effective, making the compressed air more oily.
Approach :
① When selecting models, fully understand the gas consumption and leave appropriate expansion space.
② Check the leaks of gas supply pipelines and gas equipment and plug them.
③ Increase the air compressor.
8. The minimum pressure valve is faulty, the spring is aging and weak, the opening pressure is lower than the design pressure, the opening pressure of the intake valve is not enough, and the air-in time is slow, from the start-up to the pressure rising to 5.5bar (here takes the conventional pressure as an example) Within a certain period of time, the problem of oil run-off caused by low exhaust pressure described in Article 7 will also occur. Solution: Overhaul the minimum pressure valve, adjust the spring stroke, and replace it if necessary.
9. ① Oil problem: Inferior oil separators are used for maintenance, and the separation effect is poor; mismatched oil separators are used. If the type is wrong, the low-pressure machine uses normal pressure oil separators. If the size is wrong, the length and size are different. ② Air filter problem: low-quality air filter element is used, and the oil is dirty and blocked;
③ Insufficient spot inspection and maintenance, clogged air filter element or damaged intake hose, resulting in dirty oil components and oil leakage.

10. Post-processing problem: The precision filter is unreasonably configured or used for an extended period of time.
