What is the reason for the high exhaust temperature of oil-free water lubrication?

During normal operation, the oil-free water-lubricated air compressor can exhaust air at normal temperature, that is, the exhaust temperature is around room temperature. If the exhaust temperature is higher than 65 degrees Celsius, the air compressor high temperature alarm will be triggered. So what is the reason for the high exhaust temperature of oil-free air compressor?

- The cooling system is clogged: The air compressor cooling system is prone to clogging if it is not cleaned for a long time. The clogging of the cooling system leads to insufficient cooling effect of the air compressor, which also leads to high exhaust temperature.
- Temperature sensor failure: Sensor failure and incorrect judgment of the temperature inside the air compressor will cause the air compressor intelligent control system to make wrong judgments, thus causing the air compressor high temperature alarm.

- Ambient temperature factors: The exhaust temperature of oil-free and water-lubricated air compressors is generally around 40°C. If the air compressor operates in a poor operating environment and is in hot weather, the exhaust temperature may be too high.
The above is the reason why the exhaust temperature of oil-free water-lubricated air compressor is high. The reasons for the high temperature of oil-free and water-lubricated air compressors are slightly different from those of oil-injected screw machines. In daily use, pay attention to the distinction and maintain them according to the methods applicable to oil-free and water-lubricated air compressors.
