Installation location of screw air compressor

Screw type air compressors are widely used by many people, but they should be installed before use. So, how to choose the installation location for screw air compressors:
1. When installing a screw air compressor, it is recommended to install it in a well lit area to facilitate the later operation and maintenance of the screw air compressor.
2. The place where the screw air compressor is installed should have low relative humidity, less dust, relatively clean air, and good ventilation. Do not install in flammable and explosive places, as it is not suitable for installation in areas with high levels of chemical corrosive agents.

3. When installing a screw air compressor, the temperature at the installation location should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius or higher than 40 degrees Celsius, which is suitable for installation. Because the higher the ambient temperature, the higher the exhaust temperature of the air compressor, which will affect the performance of the air compressor. If conditions permit, cooling measures can also be taken at the installation site.
4. If the installation environment of the air compressor is poor, filter facilities should be prepared before installation.

5. The air compressor units at the installation site should be arranged in a row.
6. Reserve access roads, and if conditions permit, install overhead cranes to facilitate the maintenance of air compressor equipment.
7. Reserve maintenance space, with a minimum distance of 70 centimeters between the screw air compressor and the wall.
8. The screw air compressor should be at least one meter away from the top space.
