Screw air compressor is a universal mechanical equipment that is widely used in various fields.
Due to the power of the motor and the length of the main shaft, the displacement of screw air compressor will vary. Below is a brief analysis of the phenomenon of small gas production of screw air compressor proposed by the customer. The reasons for the small gas production of screw air compressor are as follows:

1. The selection is too small.
Many users initially do not know the specific gas usage of their production, so they make rough selections. At this point, the exhaust pressure cannot be increased, which is lower than the rated exhaust pressure and cannot meet the normal gas usage of the factory.
At this time, it is possible to check if there are any leakage points in the pipeline, close the valve behind the gas storage tank, and if the unit can quickly increase the pressure, open the valve, the pressure will quickly decrease, and ultimately reach a certain pressure point.
This can confirm that the selection of the air compressor unit is too small, and the unit’s exhaust volume is less than the actual production gas consumption. The solution is to add new units to ensure that the exhaust volume of the air compressor exceeds the gas consumption by 10-20%, which is the most scientific.

2. After using the air compressor unit for a period of time, the air volume is significantly insufficient, and the pressure cannot be raised, maintaining it at the offline position of the rated gas consumption.
At this point, the first step is to check whether there are any new gas-using equipment. If there are new gas-using equipment, how much gas is used? Compare it with the air compressor unit to see if it meets the requirements.
If not, please install a new air compressor unit and increase the exhaust volume.
If there are no new gas-using equipment and the exhaust volume is still insufficient, please first check whether there is a leak in the pipeline. If there is no leak in the pipeline, it is a problem with the air compressor unit itself.
