Matters needing attention before operating the air compressor

1. Before operating the air compressor, you should pay attention to the following problems:

(1) Keep the engine oil in the sewage tank within the standard range, and check that the remaining oil in the fuel pump is not less than the scale value before operating the air compressor.

(2) Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connecting parts are tightened, whether there is any problem with the intake system, and whether the motor and electrical control system are reliable.

(3) Before operating the air compressor, check whether the safety devices and accessories are intact and complete.

(4) The air compressor manufacturer checks whether the exhaust pipeline is smooth.

(5) Connect to water resources and open each water valve to make the cooling circulating water smooth.

2. When operating the air compressor, pay attention to the fact that after a long-term stop, before starting for the first time, you must check the brakes and pay attention to whether there is any collision, jamming or abnormal sound.

3. The mechanical equipment needs to be started under no-load conditions. After the full-load operation is normal, the air compressor will gradually enter the load operation.

4. After the air compressor is in normal operation, it is necessary to regularly pay attention to the readings of various instrument panels and change them in time.

5. During the operation of the air compressor, the following conditions should also be checked:

(1) Whether there is any problem with the ambient temperature of the motor, and whether the readings of the electric meters are within the specified range.

(2) Is there any problem with the operation sound of each component?

(3) Is the suction valve cover hot, and is there any problem with the sound of the valve?

(4) Whether the various protective equipment of the air compressor is reliable.

6. After the air compressor is operated for 2 hours, the water and oil in the oil-gas separator, intercooler and aftercooler need to be discharged once, and the water and oil in the air storage barrel should be discharged once every shift.

7. When the following conditions are found during the operation of the air compressor, it should be shut down immediately, find out the reason, and clear it up.

(1) Grease interruption or cooling circulating water interruption.

(2) The temperature of the water suddenly rises or falls.

(3) The exhaust temperature suddenly rises and the valve fails.
