Correct installation and piping of screw air compressor

Piping is very important in screw air compressors. Correct installation of piping can make screw air compressors work better. We have a lot of points to pay attention to when installing piping. Do you know what these points are?

1. The fixed welding joint of the screw air compressor should be far away from the equipment flange. The selected fixed welding joint should be conducive to the adjustment of the space distance, convenient for blanking, easy measurement, and convenient hoisting. It is best to choose two to three fixed welding joints and group them at the same time, so that the blanking size of the pipe section under the three-dimensional coordinates of the space can be adjusted at the same time, thereby reducing the deviation and reducing the probability of piping stress;

2. The installation of the fixed welded pipe section shall be subject to the actual measured size. It is not possible to forcefully assemble the welding joint to avoid causing the welding seam group to stress;

3. Choose the correct detection method. Equipment piping should be inspected while installing. If the three deviations at the flange of the equipment have reached the standard, the flange bolts can be tightened evenly, and at the same time, the dial indicator can be used to monitor the coupling of the equipment to ensure the quality of the process;

4. When adding a formal gasket or replacing the gasket on the pipe system when the flange of the equipment is finally closed, use the chain or jack to pull the equipment out or hold the pipeline, and rely on the flexibility of the pipeline to open a narrow gap to add and replace. Gaskets, other tools cannot be used to directly pry and add gaskets on the flange to prevent artificial external forces and moments;

5. Do a reset check. The parallel deviation of flanges, the radial displacement of flanges, the distance between flanges and the displacement of couplings should be checked to meet the specification requirements for screw air compressor installation.
