How to install the screw air compressor?

The installation process of the screw air compressor is roughly divided into the following steps:
- When piping the main pipeline, the pipeline must have a slope of 1°~2° to facilitate the discharge of condensed water in the pipeline. Secondly, the pipeline pressure drop shall not exceed 5% of the set pressure.
- The branch pipeline is connected from the top of the main pipeline to prevent the condensed water in the main pipeline from flowing down to the working machine. The air outlet pipeline of the air compressor should have a one-way valve.

- When the air compressors are installed in series, a ball valve or an automatic drain valve should be installed at the end of the main pipe to facilitate the discharge of condensation.
- The main pipeline cannot be reduced arbitrarily. If the screw air compressor pipeline is reduced or enlarged, the reducer must be used, otherwise there will be mixed flow at the joint, resulting in a large pressure loss and affecting the service life of the pipeline.
- It is recommended to use together: air compressor + separator + air storage tank + front filter + dryer + post filter + fine filter.

- Minimize the use of elbows and various valves in the pipeline to reduce pressure loss.
- It is recommended that the main line surrounds the entire plant, and that appropriate valves are installed on the ring-shaped main line for maintenance and cut-off purposes.
