- The air compressor must be installed in a cool, clean and well-ventilated place to ensure that the air sucked by the air compressor is clean and has low moisture content. The air sucked by the air compressor is not allowed to contain combustible gas and corrosive gas, so as not to cause explosion or internal corrosion.
- Check whether the connection of each component is loose or oil leakage occurs due to transportation and installation. Such as pipeline joints, instrument joints, circuit connection joints, etc., if they are found to be loose or fall off, they must be connected immediately as required.
- Remove several red transport fixing brackets from the base.

- Connect the circuit and ground wire according to the electrical schematic diagram of the product. Connect to the three-phase power supply (380V, 50HZ), test whether the voltage is correct, and whether the three-phase power supply is correct. Guide the power supply line of the air compressor to match its power and install safety devices such as air switches and fuses.
- Check whether the lubricating oil in the oil-gas separation tank is sufficient through the oil sight glass, and maintain a normal oil level as required (after starting up, the bottom of the oil sight glass accounts for three-fifths of the oil volume). When it is necessary to add lubricating oil, the added lubricating oil for screw air compressors, lubricating oils of different grades and brands of different manufacturers are strictly prohibited to be mixed, otherwise it will cause the system to focus and cause major accidents.
- If it is used more than half a year after leaving the factory, the air intake control valve should be removed, and 0.5kg of lubricating oil of the same brand should be added from the air inlet of the main engine, and the air compressor should be rotated by hand for several revolutions, so as to avoid the air compressor not being used for a long time when starting. Cause the main engine to lose oil and burn. When disassembling the air intake control valve, it is strictly forbidden for sundries to fall into the main chamber of the air compressor! Remember!

- Check the tightness of the belt. The compressor cannot work at a discharge pressure higher than that specified on the nameplate, otherwise the motor will be overloaded and burn out.
- Open the valve at the exhaust port of the air compressor.
- Rotate the red emergency stop button 90°C clockwise to enter the start state, then press the start button to start the air compressor instantly, carefully check whether the direction of the air compressor is turning in the direction indicated by the arrow, if it is found that the direction is wrong, press Red emergency stop button, exchange any two-phase position of the three-phase power line, and then proceed to the next step after confirming that it is correct, otherwise the compressor will be damaged.
- After starting, when the motor reaches the rated speed, check whether the screen prompts are normal, and check whether there is any abnormal sound. If there is a fault, stop it immediately and eliminate it. If it is normal, continue to run the machine to gradually increase the working pressure from zero to the rated working pressure, and continue to observe whether the controller display is normal. If there is abnormal sound, vibration, oil leakage, or air leakage, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

- After the screw air compressor unit is put into use, check the controller parameters and record the operation status regularly in each shift for future reference for maintenance services.
- Avoid frequent shutdown and startup. Except for frequent start and stop occasions, try to avoid frequent start and stop during the debugging/use of the screw air compressor, especially the immediate start under high pressure. The interval between each stop/start is recommended to be 5 minutes.
- Press the OFF button to stop during normal shutdown. (In non-emergency situations, it is forbidden to directly press the red stop button or directly cut off the power supply).
- When the screw air compressor is under remote control, the machine may start at any time, and it should be listed to remind; before paralleling the machine, it should be confirmed that there is no one in the unit, and check whether there are leftover items and tools, and go to the door of the unit; when starting up, it should be notified Pay attention to the safety of those around the crew.

- The maintenance and repair of the screw air compressor must be carried out under the guidance of qualified personnel. Compressed air and electrical appliances are dangerous. During inspection or maintenance, it is necessary to confirm that the power supply has been cut off, and hang “overhaul” or “prohibited” on the power supply. Opening” and other warning signs to prevent others from cooperating to transmit electricity and causing harm.
