Precautions for daily operation and operation of micro-oil screw air compressor

Before starting the air compressor:

• Confirm whether the power supply is connected (power frequency, voltage status, power indicator light, display panel status, etc.);
• Confirm whether the lubricating oil is within the scale range of the oil mark;
• Confirm whether the temperature of the air compressor room is within the range of 0-40°C;
• Before turning on the air compressor, first turn on the power of the dryer and let it run for 3-5 minutes.

After the air compressor starts running, confirm whether the following parameters are normal:

• Air compressor exhaust temperature;
• Air compressor voltage and current;
• Confirm whether the exhaust valve is open;
• Dryer Whether the steam trap works;
• The temperature and pressure of the refrigerant of the dryer;
• The exhaust pressure, loading and unloading pressure of the air compressor.

The air compressor stops running:

• Press the stop button and wait until the machine stops running before cutting off the power (note that press the stop switch button in the unloading state);
• Confirm whether the pressure of the air compressor returns to zero after stopping, And close the intake valve;
• The water and air in the air storage tank are completely discharged.

The air compressor stops running due to production reasons:

• When it is stopped for more than one week to one month, it should be powered on once or twice a week, each time not less than 30 minutes;
• When it is stopped for a long time, Close the exhaust pipe and the air switch of the power supply;
• The water and air in the air storage tank are completely discharged;
• When restarting, the insulation resistance of the motor should be detected to be more than 1 megohm, and the power supply voltage should be confirmed, and the motor should be turned by hand After checking whether the air compressor is smooth, press the start button again.
